New Eden in Genoa City
They are replacing “Young and the Restless” new comer Erin Sanders, who has been Playing Eden Baldwin, with Vanessa Marano. I’m both happy and sad about this. I think Erin is a very beautiful girl and she brought a certain softness to the role. She was capable of some really amazing gut wrenching moments, but also occasionally looked like she was over acting. Her scenes with Noah have been a little difficult to watch, with all the melodrama. But I was getting used to her. If anything I was hoping they would replace Noah.
But I am familiar with Vanessa Marano as well. She played April on “Gilmore Girls”, and while her character on that show was quite a bit annoying, it will be nice to see a familiar face in Genoa City. Oh and another thing, Erin was mentioning that age was an issue in her being replaced. But seeing as Vanessa is only a year younger than her, I don’t really think that was the reason.
