Nick and Sharon kiss! Yuck!!!!
I am so disappointed with the whole Nick/ Sharon kissing in Paris debacle on “Young and the Restless”. I just don’t think it’s true to Nick’s character right now or his relationship with Phyllis. He has proven that he loves Phyllis and even when he lost his memory he fell in love with her all over again. Sharon of course is having a rocky relationship with Jack so I can see why she’d lean on Nick. But Nick has a supportive wife that he loves. The writers can’t set up this great love story between Nick and Phyllis only to have it thrown out the window whenever Sharon is feeling a little lost. Give Nick a backbone! Let him have some loyalty to at least one woman in his life!
I have been reading a bit about everyone’s disgust with Sharon & Nick. Let’s back the boat up a bit. Who wrecked Sharon & Nick’s marriage to begin with?? Oh yes, it was Phyllis (and Nick of course). But let’s get real. Who is the constant liar in this program? Who didn’t care (and admitted it) that Nick was married when she went after him. Please. Let’s put things into perspective. What Nick & Sharon did was wrong, but let’s not be calling Sharon the constant bad names I’ve been reading about. What goes around comes around and Phyllis is getting hers. I have no sympathy. Nick & Phyllis never ‘clicked’ for me as a couple anyway.
Yeah Phyllis is far from perfect, but I personally click with her much more than Sharon. Sharon is far from perfect (abandoning her child Cassie, cheating with Brad when he was married to Victoria, etc). We could write a similar list for Phyllis so it just comes down to who you click with. I just want an end to the marry-go-round of Nick/Phyllis/Sharon/Jack. I want Nick to finally chose one woman and be faithful to her. In all of this if Nick had been faithful, then there’d be no issue. Just try to be a little bit faithful.
